25th Anniversary of Friendship and Cooperation between the cities of Togliatti and Kazanlak

On March 1, 1995, the Agreement on Friendship and Cooperation between the cities of Togliatti and Kazanlak (Republic of Bulgaria) was signed. This year sister-cities celebrate the 25th Anniversary of friendship and cooperation.

Over 25 years, more than 50 mutual visits and joint events have been organized. Traditionally, the official delegations of Togliatti are honored guests of the Rose Festival in Kazanlak. Important aspects of cooperation between our cities remain cultural and educational exchanges and relations between creative dance, art and theater groups.

According to the cooperation plans the official delegation of Togliatti visit Kazanlak on March 1-4.
