VI Festival of Asian Culture in Togliatti

November 23, the Festival of Asian Culture was held in Togliatti at the Community Center Burevestnik.

The Institute of Eastern Culture, together with the Kaiga Club of Japanese Culture and Language, with the support of the administration of the city of Togliatti, the Samara regional branch of the All-Russian public organization Russia-Japan Society, has been organizing Kaiga-fest in Togliatti since 2014. Since 2018, the partners of the event are the Japan Foundation and the Embassy of Japan in Russia.

Traditionally, the program of the Festival includes different contests devoted to contemporary art of Asian countries, Olympiad in Japanese, Chinese and Korean, as well as master classes on Asian culture for all visitors. This year, there were more than 100 participants from Togliatti, Samara, Zhigulevsk, Syzran, Kazan, Dimitrovgrad, Saransk, Engels, Balakovo, Mezhdurechensk, Moscow.
