Grand opening of the Italian Park

A new public space for recreation of citizens appeared at the intersection of Primorsky Boulevard and Revolyutsionnaya Str., near the Palace of sports "Volgar".

The project was based on the ideas of a young Italian architect from Naples, Andrea Scopelliti, who proposed creating a multifunctional space with a variety of elements inherent in Italian culture. His project won the competition of the Togliatti Foundation, which was held in Togliatti back in 2014. Then, the residents supported the idea of the appearance of the park during the citywide poll in March 2018.
