The official delegation of Piacenza (Italy) is on its way to visit Togliatti

Within June 3 to 7, 2016, the visit of the delegation of Piacenza is planned as part of the program envisaged by the Agreement on friendship and cooperation between the cities of Togliatti and Piacenza (Italy). The aim of the visit is to take part in the festivities dedicated to the Citys Day of Togliatti.
