The Japanese company "Hi-Lex Rus" started its work in test mode on the site in the SEZ "Togliatti".The plant in the SEZ "Togliatti" was the first company's production site in Russia. The company has received the status of a resident of the Special Economic Zone "Togliatti" in 2013, and in 2014 started construction on the site of 4 hectares.
