Delegations from the sister city of Bobruisk (Belarus) visited Tolyatti.

The exemplary ensemble of cimbalom players Spadchyna from Bobruisk delighted the residents of Togliatti with their art. The talented and unique group performed at the Avtograd cultural center as part of the celebration of the 20th anniversary of the folk ensemble of Belarusian songs Kupalinka. On the same day, another concert featuring the Spadchyna ensemble took place on the stage of the Burevestnik cultural and leisure center. As part of the visit, the delegation from Belarus visited Togliatti school No. 43. Teachers and leaders of student self?government organized a meeting at the Museum of Heritage in the best traditions of Russian hospitality. The guests got acquainted with the school folk theatre Talyanochka and saw the new exhibition at the school museum, which tells about the heroes of the Great Patriotic War, whose photographs are on display at the Immortal Regiment photo exhibition. The cadets and honoured guests laid flowers at the memorial plaques to the graduates who died while fulfilling their military duty. A creative meeting between a Belarusian group and Togliattis folk groups also took place at the Volga Region Academy of Education and Arts named after Saint Alexy of Moscow.

During the visit of the leaders of the LROO White Russia (Bobruisk), the purpose of which was to strengthen cultural, public, educational, and friendly ties between our cities, a meeting was held with activists from the Tolyatti branch of the Victory Volunteers. The meeting took place on the premises of the Togliatti Social and Economic College, and its participants were our activists volunteers and specialists from the different educational instiotutions of Togliatti

Representatives of the two organizations discussed the specifics of their work in Russia and Belarus, shared information about interesting events and, of course, outlined plans for joint work between the organizations.

A joint environmental campaign will be held this Saturday. In Bobruisk, seedlings will be planted, and in Togliatti, at the same time, there will be a clean-up on the territory of the Alley of Heroes of Stavropol in the Sakharov Park Complex of the History of Technology," said Sergey Tabunov, head of the Togliatti branch of the Victory Volunteers.
