The official delegation from the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in Kazan visited the city of Togliatti.

On July 29, 2025, the official delegation from the Consulate General of the Peoples Republic of China in Kazan, headed by Consul General Mr. Xiang Bo, visited the city of Togliatti. The purpose of the visit was to discuss priority areas of cooperation in the trade, economic, scientific, technical, and socio-cultural spheres, as well as to hold talks with representatives of the business community and higher education institutions. During the visit, the delegation met with the citys top offficials, visited the Togliatti State University, and the library of the Avtograd Cultural Center, where they reviewed the presentations of the Chinese literature section, which had been prepared jointly with the ANO DO Institute of Eastern Culture.
