Delegation of the partner-city of Piacenza (Italy) visits Togliatti

From 22 to 24 August 2016 within the framework of the Agreement on friendship and cooperation between the cities of Tolyatti and Piacenza (Italy) the official delegation of the city of Piacenza visits the city of Togliatti to discuss the organizational issues of the joint Italian-Russian event "The first week of high Italian cuisine" in Tolyatti, declared by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy.
