Charter for the opening of a bilingual Russian-French section in Togliatti was signed in the Embassy of France in Moscow

April 22,the Charter governing the opening and operation of a bilingual Russian-French branch in Togliatti based on the Educational Center "School" wassigned in Moscow at the French Embassy in Russia. The document was signed by the French Embassy in the Russian Federation, in the person of Ambassador Jean-Maurice Ripert, the Municipality of Togliatti, in the face of Sergey Andreev, Mayor of the city of Togliatti,Svetlana Sidorova, the Principal of theeducational center "School ", and the cultural and educational non-governmental organization "Alliance Francaise Togliatti", represented by the president Alexei Vostrikov. The signing of the document was made possible on the basis of two years of negotiations and the work of the section in a test mode.

Togliatti became the 23rd Russian city and the only Russian non-regional center, which came in thenetwork of bilingual sections, which has existed in Russia since 1995 under the auspices of the French Embassy.
