Startup Tour 2016 in Togliatti

April 19, 2016 the regional stage of the Startup Tour 2016 ended in Technopark "Zhiguli Valley" (Togliatti). A record number of applications were submitted - 383 projects of entrepreneurs and scientists from all over the Volga Federal District and neighboring regions.

Startup Tour is the biggest event in Russia and the CIS aimed at search of best innovative projects and development of start-up teams, implementing projects in the sphere of high technologies. The event is organized by the Fund "Skolkovo" in cooperation with the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in Science and Technology and the Foundation for infrastructure and educational programs ("RUSNANO"), Intel and Microsoft. The competitive programme include five areas: biological and medical technology, biotechnology in agriculture and industry, industrial technologies and materials, energy and energy efficient technologies, information technologies.
