Start of construction of the second stage at the SEZ «Togliatti»

The contractor IC Evroalyans company, which has been declared the winner of the open tender in February, started construction works on the second phase at the SEZ "Togliatti". The total cost of the construction is about 1.9 billion RuR.

The list of objects of the second phase includes about 7 km inland network of sewage; 7.5 km of both drinking and industrial water supply, Internet and electrical networks, 4 transformer substations, outdoor gas pipelines, roads and sidewalks, outdoor lighting, plants and trees, and etc.

Today, the first stage of SEZ "Togliatti" covering the area of 181 hectares is already completed; the area of the second phase is almost half as much - 245.6 hectares. 2017, the construction works of the ultimate stage (233 ha) is planned to be finished.
